Additional services or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Please note that the production process is irreversible. Once a step in the process is completed, it cannot be undone, and we can only proceed to the next step.
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only and will not engage in activities that harm our website, services, or reputation.
Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of any content from this website is prohibited.
4. Pricing and Payments
All pricing is clearly stated on our website or agreed upon before service commencement.
A 70% upfront payment is required before work begins. The remaining 30% must be paid within 7 days from the completion of the music arrangement.
Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by these platforms.
Payments are non-refundable once made, regardless of the stage of the production process.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Songs and jingles created by Lyrica Song Gift remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise specified in writing.
For retail clients purchasing songs as gifts (excluding corporate jingles), the copyright remains with Lyrica Song Gift. Clients may use the delivered content as outlined in the agreed-upon terms but may not resell, redistribute, or alter the content without permission.
6. Order Revisions
Each service includes a limited number of revisions, as specified during the order process.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur extra charges.
7. Delivery Policy
Final products will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of order.
Delivery timelines will be confirmed upon project commencement and may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders can be canceled before work begins for a full refund of the upfront payment.
Refunds are not available once the creative process has started or the product has been delivered.
9. Story Sharing and Privacy
When clients share their personal stories or ideas for song creation, we will not use or publish these stories for any purpose unless the client explicitly agrees to it in writing.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services, such as payment processors or cloud storage, to facilitate our services.
Lyrica Song Gift is not responsible for issues arising from these third-party platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Lyrica Song Gift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
